We work hard to provide high quality gear that you will absolutely LOVE. If for some reason you're not 100% satisfied though, our customer service team will go above and beyond to meet your needs. All unused/unwashed products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping costs are non-refundable. For refunds, you will be credited for the returned items minus the cost of shipping. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged items.
Our inspection team does a thorough quality check both when we first release new products and also before the products get shipped out to our customers. However if by chance you happen to receive a product that is damaged or defective, it will be refunded entirely (including shipping costs) or exchanged for a new product, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Late or Missing Refunds
If it’s been longer than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some additional processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done that already, and it’s been longer than 14 business days, please Contact Us.
Gift Returns
We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. So for items you received as a gift, you will be given store credit upon return of the items. You will still need to send us the order number or the original packing slip when you return the item.
