We work hard to provide high quality gear that you will absolutely LOVE. If for some reason you're not 100% satisfied though, our customer service team will go above and beyond to meet your needs. All unused/unwashed products can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping costs are non-refundable. For refunds, you will be credited for the returned items minus the cost of shipping. For exchanges, you will be responsible for any shipping costs of the exchanged items and the items you exchange for. Sometimes we do offer free returns and exchanges, and we'll state this on the product page. If eligible, you will receive a free shipping label to return the package and will not be charged for the exchange shipping cost.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, it will be refunded entirely (including shipping costs) or exchanged for a new product, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Late or Missing Refunds
If it’s been longer than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some additional processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done that already, and it’s been longer than 14 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. So for items you received as a gift, you will be given store credit upon return of the items. You will still need to send us the order number or the original packing slip when you return the item.
