How do I care for my products?
All Ground Fighter products have a label with specific care instructions. Some products also have information on their individual product page. If you still have questions, please Contact Us.
Do you have size charts for your products?
Yes! Each individual product page has an image showing the size chart and measurement information for that product.
How do I buy/redeem a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card just like any other product. The product page is located under the Store menu at the top of the site. Choose your amount, add it to your Cart, include the gift recipient's name, email address and your gift message in the Notes field if you wish to have it sent directly to them, and then Checkout. Once your order is submitted, you (or the gift recipient) will receive an email within 24 hours that will have the gift certificate and the redemption code.
To redeem the gift card, click the Checkout button after you've added all your items to your Cart. Enter the redemption code under Order Summary where it says "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it." After clicking Apply you will see the discounted amount from the gift card. Gift cards can not be applied towards taxes or shipping costs. If you choose not to use the entire amount, please Contact Us and we will provide you with a new redemption code so you can use the balance on future purchases.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are located in Texas, only Texas residents have to pay sales tax.
How do I use a discount code/coupon?
Once you add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, click either the Checkout or Checkout using PayPal button. On the next page under Order Summary click the link that says "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it" then enter your code and click Apply. If the code was accepted you will see it listed with the applied discount amount subtracted.

As secure as it gets! Our store automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) stored with a AES-256 encryption.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or you can checkout using your PayPal account.
My order is incorrect. What should I do?
We double check every order, but we are still human and mistakes sometimes happen. Please Contact Us with your order information, and we will make it right immediately.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 24 hours for order processing. Shipping on orders in the US takes 2-5 business days (2-3 business days with Priority Mail). Shipping internationally depends on the destination and customs processing. Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days for most countries, but First Class Mail International may take 2-8 weeks.
What shipping method do you use?
Depending on the weight of your order, you have a choice between USPS First Class Mail as a less expensive option or Priority Mail to receive your order faster.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of your order. To estimate your shipping cost add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and enter your location information into the Shipping Rates Calculator at the bottom. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the US are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs. These charges are completely independent from Ground Fighter.

How do I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, the tracking information for your order will be in the shipment confirmation email we send you. You can either click on the tracking number in the email itself, or go to the USPS website and enter the tracking number. Both options will track your order from our warehouse to your destination.
Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address.
What is your return policy?
We work hard to provide high quality gear that you will absolutely LOVE. If for some reason you're not 100% satisfied though, our customer service team will go above and beyond to meet your needs. All unused/unwashed products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you have questions about sizing or fit, please see the size chart information on the product page or Contact Us.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping costs are non-refundable. For refunds, you will be credited for the returned items minus the cost of shipping. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged items. Sometimes we do offer free returns and exchanges, and we'll state this on the product page. If eligible, you will receive a free shipping label to return the package and will not be charged for the exchange shipping cost.
Our inspection team does a thorough quality check both when we first release new products and also before the products get shipped out to our customers. However if by chance you happen to receive a product that is damaged or defective, it will be refunded entirely (including shipping costs) or exchanged for a new product, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

How do I create an account?
Click on My Account at the top, and then click the Sign Up link to the right of the Sign In button where it says "New Customer." Then enter your information and click Sign Up. It's fast and easy! You should receive a followup email asking you to confirm your registration.
How do I edit my account info?
Sign into your account by clicking the link at the top and entering your email/password. Click the link under your contact information that says "View Addresses" to add, change or delete your address.
I forgot my password.
No problem! Click on My Account at the top, enter your email address, and then click Forgot My Password. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
