Jorge is a BJJ purple belt training in Mission Hills, CA under black belt Christian Bello. He’s been training in BJJ for about 4 years now and has competed in a several tournaments around California. He got into it for weight loss at first, but it quickly became his lifestyle. After losing 50 lbs in 30 days, he saw that BJJ was more than a sport, it was a way of life. He’s lost more than 130 lbs since he began, and he’s striving for more. His goals are to get his black belt, be a world champion and open his own gym someday to teach and pass on the love of BJJ.
